The protection of personal data is very important to the SGN. Therefore, the SGN collects and processes your data on this website exclusively in compliance with the applicable statutes of the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz; BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz; TMG) for the SGN’s institutional purposes. Thus, the SGN will only collect, use and forward personal data if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the data collection.

Personal data
Personal data involve all information regarding your personal or material situation that allow to identify a person. This includes information such as your name, home or mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address. Information that cannot be directly linked to your true identity (such as the length of a visit to the website or the number of users of the site) is not included here.

If you want to make a donation, we will ask you for your name and other personal information that is required to process your online donation. The use of our online donation form is subject to your voluntary decision

Beyond that, the submitted personal information will not be passed on to third parties, unless required by law. It will be deleted upon conclusion of the transaction and after expiration of the statutory retention obligation.
